Building on our organization’s vision for the future and synthesizing stakeholders’ input with her own research, Celisa helped us develop a Web strategy to capitalize on our core strengths and address shortcomings in our technology. Celisa also spearheaded the development of a style guide to help ensure consistency and bolster the professionalism of our output. Her work with GALA demonstrates her unique mix of high-level thinking and attention to detailed execution.
