April 5, 2011 | 8:00 – 10:00 AM | Clyde’s of Gallery Place | Washington, DC
Tagoras research shows that the majority of associations now deliver some form of education online – whether through Webinars, self-paced courses, virtual conferences, or a variety of other methods. But while usage is high, organizational satisfaction rates and overall success with online education lag behind. What are successful organizations doing to get great results? Which strategies and tactics make the most sense for your learning initiatives?
In this interactive Leading Learning session, we’ll dig into how membership organizations are approaching online education and what the secrets to success might be. We’ve put together a great panel of association learning leaders to discuss the strategies that have worked – or not – on the road to building successful online education programs.
- Lloyd Tucker, Deputy Executive Director, Society for Technical Communication
- Lisa Nguyen, Manager of Professional Development, American Psychiatric Nurses Association
- John Schulte, Executive Director, National Air Duct Cleaners Association
We’ll discuss each panelist’s product strategy decisions as well as their pricing, distribution, and promotion strategies. Attendees will come away with actionable advice for boosting enrollments, revenue, and learner satisfaction.
