This is the second in a series of interviews I am conducting with representatives of companies that participated in the Tagoras Association Learning Management Systems report. The purpose of the series is to give associations interested in implementing a LMS the opportunity to hear from a variety of possible providers.
It’s worth noting that these are not “sales pitch” type interviews. I give each company the chance to talk about its strengths, but I also ask for perspectives on substantive questions that should be of interest to just about any organization serious about e-learning.
In this interview I talk with Tom Grobicki, CEO and co-founder of Avilar. In addition to learning more Avilar’s capabilities, you’ll learn about two aspects of working with associations that Tom has found surprising and hear his thoughts on where e-learning is headed. Tom’s insights are well worth the 12 minutes or so it takes to listen.
