Some of these are already available, some are on the way, but certification expert Mickie Rops lays out five great certification resources in a recent post on her Beyond Certification blog.
While driving e-learning sales is not a reason for creating a certification program (and, generally speaking, you need to be careful to keep a wall between training and certification), our experience and research have consistently shown that the existence of a related, valued certification is one of the biggest drivers of demand for online learning.
